Adventure Boot Camp is the outdoor fitness programme for women where you can experience the exhilaration of exercising in the beautiful outdoors, with a personal trainer, all year round.

Ladies can choose to attend camp, for one hour a day, 3 or 5 days / week in the morning or late afternoon. Don't expect your usual gym workout, as exercises are based on using the natural obstacles found in nature, ensuring every day is different. Individual attention is given to each person and ladies can expect to get the full body workout they need, leaving them rejuvenated and inspired to stick to their goals. Activities include short distance running, rope skipping, abs and core training, Pilates, obstacle courses, circuit training, team workouts, weights, mat work, games and hiking.

Rietvlei Farm is the ideal outdoor venue for Adventure Boot Camp classes. The tranquil surroundings will make you forget you are in the bustling city of Joburg and instead, you will feel motivated and inspired by the beautiful nature you will be exercising around. The farm is large, offering numerous areas in which to train including a stunning dam near which you will meet.
